2026 EXPANSION EVENT
EVENT TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. About These Terms
1.1 We’re hosting a transformative event for ops service providers — and you are so welcome. Before you book your ticket, we want to make sure you’re clear on everything. These terms relate to the event taking place on 16th January 2026 at Winstanley House.
1.2 Please read these terms carefully, as by purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to them in full.
1.3 These Event Terms & Conditions, including our Waiver and Release of Liability (“the Agreement”), are between you, the ticket holder (“you” / “the Purchaser”), and Sneha Morjaria, trading as The Growth Chain / School of Operations (“we”, “us”, “the Company”).
2. What’s Included With Your Ticket
2.1 The 2026 Expansion Event is a one-day experience focused on growth planning, strategic reflection, and powerful industry insights for service providers.
2.2 Your ticket grants access for one individual to the in-person event. Please make sure you select the correct location when booking.
2.3 The day includes:
Tea, coffee and lunch
Morning sessions around your vision, energy and wellness
Afternoon workshops focused on auditing 2025, setting strategy for 2026, and live hot-seat coaching
2.4 Your ticket covers all on-the-day experiences, but travel to and from the venue is your responsibility and not included.
3. Payment, Refund and Cancellation Rights
3.1 Tickets must be paid for in full (or through an approved payment plan) at the point of purchase. Due to demand, we cannot hold or reserve tickets.
3.2 As this is a ticket for a fixed-date event, we are not able to offer refunds if you change your mind.
However, if you can no longer attend, email us and we may be able to resell your ticket to someone on our waitlist. We offer no guarantees.
If we do find a buyer and process the resale, you’ll receive a full refund.
Please do not transfer your ticket privately — only individuals listed on our official guest list will be admitted.
We cannot offer waitlist resales within 5 days of the event.
3.3 If we need to reschedule, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you can’t attend the revised date, we will offer an alternative 2026 event or attempt a resale to our waitlist.
3.4 If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
3.5 We reserve the right to postpone or cancel due to illness, extreme weather, COVID-19, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible.
Please ensure any travel/accommodation bookings are flexible and insured — we cannot reimburse associated costs.
4. Referral Ticket Refund Offer
4.1 If you attended Master Your Marketing Engine 2025, you are eligible for a full refund of your Expansion Event ticket if:
You refer someone new who was not present at the MYME event,
They purchase a ticket to the 2026 Expansion Event by 30th October 2025, and
They enter your name in the referral box at checkout.
4.2 If the referred guest is paying via a payment plan, your refund will be processed only once full payment is received.
4.3 You will only receive one refunded ticket, even if you refer multiple people.
4.4 No other amounts will be refunded, and the offer is non-transferable.
5. Health & Safety
5.1 Your health, comfort and wellbeing are our priority.
5.2 If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know during checkout or email us after purchasing.
5.3 You must follow all instructions on the day to ensure a safe and respectful event environment.
5.4 We are not responsible for any illness or exposure (including COVID-19) that may occur during or after the event.

6.1 The event experience is subject to change. We make no guarantees about the timetable or session content.
6.2 We are fully covered by public liability insurance.
6.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other statutory rights under UK law.
7. Data Protection, Confidentiality and Behaviour
7.1 Any personal data you share will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Confidentiality is expected. You may hear sensitive business or personal information from other attendees. Please keep it private.
7.3 We ask that all guests respect others’ space, safety and energy.
Disrespectful behaviour (including bullying, racism, or discrimination) will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove any attendee.
